About Me

 My name is LeAnn Edwards and I am the owner of Hen Hill Designs. I started this business officially in 2018. I have been a full time public school art teacher for 25 years, so teaching painting classes and creating things for my friends and family has always came second nature for me. 

In 2018, during a two week snow break from school, I made a snowman door hanger for myself and posted it on social media, asking if anyone would like me to make one for them. Within a few hours, I had 8 friends ordering snowmen doorhangers, and the rest is history.

When I started Hen Hill Designs we had a back yard full of chickens. Our house on a little hill in rural Carroll County Tennessee is naturally decorated with chickens and really, anything farm related. Though we don't have chickens currently (and I do miss those fresh eggs!) I am hoping to get a few back in the near future, maybe after the youngest kiddo has flown the coup.
